Even with its innovative product and service offering approach, Polygonflow.io faced challenges with finding the appropriate channels and messaging in order to show Dash to the appropriate people. Its initial strong user growth, specifically free trials and purchases, had slightly stagnated. 

Additionally, their digital engagement was limited through previous YouTube campaigns, which limited their potential for outreach.

YDA crafted a digital marketing strategy to grow Polygonflow’s user base by 

  1. Finding markets where paying users reside: We then only targeted countries that drive the most subscription purchases.
  2. Keyword Strategy: Focused on substantial audiences and segment targeting to users interested in UE5, Dash, or related tools.
  3. Demand Generation: Implemented an A/B test with two different videos to gauge engagement and awareness.
  4. Messaging Matrix: This plan is designed to find the most effective mix of messaging, targeting, and creativity to drive discoverability for the Dash product.
  5. Experiment-Led Approach: Used to determine where the value lies to scale.
